Ingredients:

  • Squid
  • Garlic
  • Parsley leaf
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon

Preparation:

  1. Clean and spice the squids with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Wipe well-heated grill with oiled rug or paper and arrange squids on it, and fry them on high heat for a short time (3–4 minutes on each side).
  3. Mix finely chopped garlic and parsley with olive oil and pour over fried squids.
  4. Serve the squids right away while they are very hot with a sliced lemon.
