Grilled Squids
Ingredients:
- Squid
- Garlic
- Parsley leaf
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
Preparation:
- Clean and spice the squids with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Wipe well-heated grill with oiled rug or paper and arrange squids on it, and fry them on high heat for a short time (3–4 minutes on each side).
- Mix finely chopped garlic and parsley with olive oil and pour over fried squids.
- Serve the squids right away while they are very hot with a sliced lemon.
