Ingredients:

  • sardines
  • coarse sea salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • lemon

Preparation:

1. Prepare the grill.

2. Remove the entrails from the sardines and wash under running water.

3. Salt and oil the sardines and arrange them on the oiled grill grate.

4. Fry for 4 minutes on each side.

5. When they are done, pour olive oil in which you added finely chopped parsley and garlic over them and sprinkle with lemon juice.
